Delivery Information:

We really care about how our products reach you. We firmly believe that receiving a parcel from Cavaletti should be an exciting and great experience. Therefore all our garments are carefully wrapped in masses of tissue paper before being tucked into a Cavaletti Box that's lovely to open and gives great protection. Standard Royal Mail postage for the UK is: items under £20 value £3.50, items over £20 value £4.95, free for all orders over £250. You also have the option to select our Courier Service (which means your parcel is trackable)or Express Delivery (we aim for delivery within a maximum of 48 hours). Standard orders should be with you well within 14 days, subject to your selection and size being in stock.

Overseas Orders:

We are delighted to help with overseas orders and we really do send goods all over the world. Airmail postage charge is £15 (£9 for Eire). Local import duties may apply for which Cavaletti Clothing is not liable.

Returns & Exchanges:

Cavaletti Clothing is an ethical company that wants you to be delighted with your purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can of course return any item purchased from Cavaletti - as long as they are in their original condition with all labels in tact - and we will exchange or refund without query or question. Please note: our only exception to this is for garments that have been personalised with customer-requested embroidery (unless faulty). Please let us know in writing within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel. The goods should then be returned to us promptly. We do ask you to pay the postage on goods returned to us and to ensure you have proof of posting.

We do not charge postage and packaging on any order placed with a return. Should an item be faulty, we will return the full cost of return against proof of postage.

Prices:

Prices include VAT at the current rate of 20%. We are confident in our prices however we do reserve the right to alter prices if necessary.

Payment:

You have the option of paying through our secure HSBC payment system using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro/Switch or Solo. You can also order via email and a representative of Cavaletti will contact you regards payment.

Can't see the size you need? We are frequently able to help with additional sizes (smaller or larger). Telephone or e-mail and we will always do our best to help.

All the items in the Cavaletti Collection has been chosen for their comfort and generous fit. Obviously cuts vary between manufacturers but we have tried to indicate where items are particularly generous.
