Cavaletti Clothing is an ethical company that wants you to be delighted with your purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can of course return any item (excluding briefs/knickers – please see below) purchased from Cavaletti – as long as they are in their original condition with all labels in tact – and we will exchange or refund the purchase price (excluding the postal/delivery charge) without query or question.

IMPORTANT!

Please note that for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on briefs and knickers (unless they are faulty).

If you have purchased more than one item in the same style (ie two pairs of Bikini Briefs) then we will accept the ‘un-tried-on’ pair as a return for an exchange/refund.

PLEASE NOTE:

It is Cavaletti’s refund policy that monetary refunds are only made within SIX WEEKS of the delivery date (unless of course the item is faulty). Items returned after six weeks may always be exchanged or alternatively, a CREDIT NOTE for the value of the returned goods will be issued. This does not effect your statutory rights.

We are unable to accept the return of garments that have been personalised with customer-requested embroidery (unless faulty).

Please let us know in writing (an e-mail is fine) within 14 days of receipt that you wish to return the goods which should then be returned to us promptly. We do ask you to pay the postage on items returned to us and to ensure you have, and keep, your proof of posting.

We do not charge postage and packaging on any UK order placed with a return (generally, replacement orders to overseas addresses are also free of charge, though large items, eg long boots/wellingtons etc, may incur an small additional fee).

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 will apply.
